How Can A Nutritional Therapist Practioner Help You?
An NTP helps individuals reach their optimal level of overall health by supporting and bringing balance to the five foundations of health. All five are built upon a single, solid base: a properly prepared, nutrient-dense diet:
Digestion
Blood sugar
Fatty Acids
Mineral balance
Hydration
It is vital to state that reaching optimal health requires sincere commitment, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude. If you are not willing to change how you eat and live, Nutritional Therapy is not the right approach for you. Since every human being is unique on a
biochemical level, I cannot guarantee any specific result from my program.
“Eat Good Thoughts means being thankful for yourself and your meal. To achieve good health, it's important to consider what we think about and fully process our thoughts, just like we digest our food..”

This Is Why I’m Your Biggest Supporter!
I come from various cultures, and my Hispanic family mainly ate convenient or processed foods. Growing up, I missed out on nutritious meals and healthy habits, which led to struggles when I reached my teenage years. I basically survived on macaroni and cheese and fast food! I was overweight for my size, had many pimples on my face, and slept a lot. It wasn't until I was in my late twenties that I discovered the importance of nutrition. I learned that not only does good food heal your body, but having the right mindset is also crucial. It's mind-blowing to think that digestion actually starts before you even start eating! Once I realized the impact of a healthy lifestyle, I wanted to share it immediately with my loved ones. I became a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, and nothing brings me more joy than educating those around me about the benefits of nutrition. They say life is short, so let's make the most of it by prioritizing our health.
